Sixth Grade Science
I'm so excited to welcome in this new school year. It will be my seventh year of teaching, and I'm thrilled to be spending it at Sabine Middle School. Some of my best memories as a student were made in this school, and I look forward to helping your children create their own memories and learn doing it.
I graduated from University of Texas at Tyler in December 2012. When I'm not at the school, I spend my days reading, spending time with my family, and working in my church. I got married over the summer, so I've been enjoying setting forth in this adventure. I value keeping a positive attitude no matter the circumstance and finding ways to have fun no matter what's going on around me. I believe in working hard for what's important.
I'm a nerd, but that's okay because they say that's coming into style. I plan on spending the next year bringing out the inner nerd in each of my students and opening their world up just a bit to the wonders that science holds.
I will have tutorials through the week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Students can come Wednesday morning for tutorials as well. I try really hard to be here every morning before school and after school for some extra assistance.
I'm always available if I'm asked ahead of time. Just give me a head's up!
This next year, your student will need the following things for me:
1 composition books
1 green folders
2 EXPO Markers
