Volunteers directly enhance the relationship between the school, home and community. Parent volunteers strengthen their ties with their children's school. Community volunteers and mentors provide a bond between the student and a respected adult. Volunteers also have a tremendous impact on the overall success of the educational system.

 Volunteer Opportunities:
  • Mentor/Tutor a student
  • Become a Room Parent, usually recruited by the teacher
  • Listen or read to students
  • Clerical help or general assistance for teachers and staff
  • Library Aide
  • Special classroom events or one-time projects
  • Help in the Cafeteria during lunch time
  • PTO activities or events
  • And many more.......


It takes an exceptional person to give his or her time and energy to help make our school district stronger.
