Our summer strength/conditioning program will be open for entering 7th through 12th grade athletes for the 2021-22 school year.  There is no charge for participating in the workouts.  The UIL allows us to workout our kids in a program to enhance the development and overall physical well being of our athletes to start a new school year.

The program is most important to the success of our athletes and attendance will be kept.  We highly encourage participation. The UIL also allows limited sport specific workouts for our High School athletes.  These workouts will be in advance of the normal S/C workouts. Head Coaches will communicate in advance with their respective athletes/sports. In order to utilize sport specific time, a student athlete must attend the S/C workouts first.

The following dates/times are listed below:

Girls - 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (HS sport specific to follow)

Boys - 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (HS sport specific to follow)
